mood, energy, and body. We’ll cover estrogen, progesterone, and the brain-ovary connection in
a way that’s easy to understand and fun. You’ll leave confident in tracking your cycle and
recognizing what’s normal for YOU.

Class 4: STI Health Awareness
Protect your reproductive health with confidence. In this class, we cover common STIs,
prevention strategies, testing recommendations, and myths about sexual health. You’ll learn
how STIs can impact your fertility and cycle, and get practical tips to keep yourself safe while
feeling empowered about your choices.

Class 7: Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a hormonal and metabolic disorder affecting
reproductive-age women. It involves irregular ovulation, hormone imbalances (like high
androgens), and sometimes multiple small ovarian follicles. PCOS can impact menstrual cycles,
fertility, metabolism, and long-term health.

Class 2: Debunking Period Myths 101
Forget what you’ve heard in school or from friends—this class busts the myths about periods.
Learn the truth about cramps, PMS, exercise, mood swings, and more. We’ll explore how
lifestyle, nutrition, and stress really affect your cycle, and give you practical tips to manage
symptoms naturally.

Class 5: Not Your Mom’s Vaginal Problems
Yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, irritation—let’s talk about it. This class teaches the basics
of vaginal health, what’s normal vs. not normal, and how to care for your body safely.
Learn lifestyle, hygiene, and dietary strategies that really work, and know when to seek medical
care—all in a judgment-free, relatable way.

Class 8: Pcos: What is it? Can I have it?
Chronic pelvic pain? Heavy cycles? Endometriosis affects many young women, but it can be
confusing. This class explains what endometriosis is, how it affects your cycle, and lifestyle
strategies to support symptom management. Learn how to track your symptoms, reduce pain
naturally, and know when to seek medical care.

Class 3: All About Conception (and How to Avoid It)
Whether you’re thinking about pregnancy or just curious, this class teaches you how fertility
really works. Learn to identify your fertile window, understand ovulation, and explore the basics
of conception and contraception. You’ll leave with practical tools to track your cycle and make
informed decisions about your reproductive health.

Class 6: Understanding Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhea)
Cramps, pelvic pain, heavy bleeding—periods can be tough. In this class, you’ll learn why
menstrual pain happens, what’s normal, and how to manage it naturally. We’ll explore
nutrition, supplements, movement, and self-care strategies to reduce discomfort, while helping
you understand when to get further evaluation.

Cancellation Policy
A $25 cancellation fee applies to any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice. Because we work closely with students and parents, last-minute changes are difficult to accommodate.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session, your appointment will be marked as a no-show after 15 minutes past the start time, and the entire session fee will be forfeited
