Over three personalized, one-hour visits with a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner, we take a deep dive into your total wellness—from hormone balance and cycle tracking to nutrition, lifestyle, and hidden risks like heavy metal exposure. We’ll run comprehensive labs (including hormone panels, cycle day testing, and a pelvic ultrasound), review your results in detail, and create a custom roadmap for your healthiest pregnancy. We also include education on early conception, your partner’s role in fertility, and when to refer for further care.
