The Ready, Set, Recover! The Postpartum Trimester Wellness Support is your essential support system in the forgotten fourth trimester. When the OB signs off and everyone’s eyes are on baby, we’re here with expert care focused on you. This 5-month wellness container includes two prenatal visits and three postpartum check-ins, guiding you through what no one told you about life after birth—hormone crashes, healing, hair loss, night sweats, emotional shifts, and the pure chaos of newborn life. You’ll get lab testing, nutrition and recovery support, postpartum mental health screening, and a personalized wellness plan (plus supplements) tailored to your body’s real needs. Because this isn’t about “bouncing back”—it’s about stepping forward, prepared, supported, and fully informed. Care shouldn’t stop at delivery. We pick up where they left off.
